A Stronger Me
To provide expecting teens and teen mothers the resources and assistance to continue their education. Our goal is to provide the tools needed so that these moms do not have to drop out of school or lose focus on their education. It is also our mission to pass a law that no girl can be forced by public schools to attend night school or be placed at an alternative school during or after their pregnancy.
The Need
- About 750,000 USA teens get pregnant yearly
- 2/3 of those teens do not graduate high school.
What We Do
- Free or Low Cost Day Care
- Assistance in obtaining financial aide (Food Stamps, WIC, FF, Tuition etc.)
- Baby Supplies (Diapers, Formula, Food and Clothing)
- Career Placement Assistance After High School Graduation OR
- College Entrance Assistance
What We Need
Funding Needed: $100,00 to build our first facility in Atlanta and obtain supplies.
Supplies Needed: Diapers, Baby Clothes, Baby Supplies, Formula and Baby Food
3 Month Goal: Raise awareness and begin funding campaigns
6 Month Goal: Raise $50,000 and start blueprints for first facility in Atlanta
1 Year Goal: Raise $100,000 and have first facility built
3 Year Goal: Raise $300,000 and build 3 more facilities in the southern US
