Our Mission
GPMacz Properties’ initial project is to purchase three large multi-family communities in Indiana.
We are looking to acquire properties that are considered “value added” and properties that are considered “distressed”. We plan to purchase these properties for the long term, holding them for a minimum of 10-15 years.
Our vision is to change the image of tenant living by improving the quality of the social and environmental characteristics within, and by positively influencing the communities surrounding our properties.
Our mission is to retrofit and renovate these multi-family communities where needed, resulting in; a) the incorporation of as many “green” programs as possible to conserve energy and reduce our carbon footprint; b) implement internal programs that enhance the lives of the tenants, therefore improving the quality of the tenant’s experience; and c) make a real, positive impact on the surrounding communities by committed, long-term involvement in various local charitable social programs.
